Simple Fire Safety Tips

No one wants to face a home fire. In order to prevent fire damage to your Morristown home, review our helpful fire safety tips. Though these may be simple, you'd be surprised how many home fires are started each year from easily preventable sources. 

• Get your dryer vents cleaned!
• Don't leave candles burning when you're not home.
• Don't leave the oven on (even at a low temperature) if you're not home. 
• Keep candles away from low hanging items or flammable items. 
• Keep flammable items FAR away from space heaters, radiators, etc. 
• Make sure your smoke detectors work!

It's always better to be safe than sorry. If you think you left the house without blowing out a candle or think your dryer has an odd "smoky" odor - be proactive - not reactive! Stay safe, Morristown!
