They were prompt and attentive to my concerns, and the crew clearly explained the cleaning and restoration process with knowledge and professionalism. I will use them again for future cleaning and restoration needs and I will recommend SERVPRO of Morristown. I did not give a perfect score because I wrote a check and want the company to keep track of the follow-up.
